Local Development Scheme
The local development scheme sets out a clear and timetabled programme for the production of our LDF.
This version of our Local Development Scheme was approved by the Council's Executive on 16 September 2009 and adopted on 26 October 2009 without any comment or intervention by the Government Office. The Stevenage and North Hertfordshire Area Action Plan [SNAP for short] also appears in the LDS of North Hertfordshire District Council. This plan is being prepared jointly by the two Councils for the urban extensions to the west and north of Stevenage required by policy SV1 of the East of England Plan.
