Submitting an application
How to submit an application
If permission or consent is required then you will need to submit an application to us as the Local Planning Authority, most applications will incur a fee payable on submission of the application.
Pre-application advice from a planning officer is available and encouraged prior to the submission of an application.
Any planning application, together with associated drawings and other supporting documentation, that you submit to the Council becomes part of a public file and will be published on the Council's website and appear on the statutory planning register, where it will be available for members of the public to view.
If you do not wish any of your personal information (e.g. telephone number/ e-mail address) to be made available for public inspection you should not include them on the application form but, instead, provide them on the 'Personal Information form' available for download below.
