Planning - register of decision notices
The Council issues a formal decision notice in respect of every application, which states whether permission is granted with or without conditions or refused, together with the reasons for the decision.
This is a list of applications for planning permission and other proposed developments determined by the Council.
It is possible to search and view planning applications determined, including the decision notice and associated conditions, since 1st December 2005 using the "Public Access" site. This service runs in 'real time' and is updated continually. Once you are in Public Access click on 'Planning' shown in the left-hand list and then click on 'weekly list'.
