Pre-application advice
The Development Control team provide and encourage pre – application discussions prior to the submission of an application.
An appointment can be made with a Planning Officer by contacting the Development Control team on 01438 242159 or email planning@stevenage.gov.uk
If you are unsure whether you need planning permission for a propesed development or change to an exsisting dwelling and are unable to visit the Council offices please complete and return the form below:
Alternatively, information relating to the proposed development can be submitted in writing to the development control team at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage, SG1 1HN. Once received a Planning Officer will look in to the proposal and either respond in writing or contact you by telephone.
