Celebrate!!! returns to Stevenage this October

25 Jul 2016

Celebrate!!! returns to The Gordon Craig Theatre on Saturday 29 October to mark 70 years of cultural diversity in Stevenage.
After a year off, the popular event brings together an array of music and dance talent to the stage, highlighting the different cultures flourishing across Stevenage.
Stevenage marks 70 years of being a New Town this year and Celebrate!!! will pay its own tribute to the occasion by commemorating 70 years of cultural diversity in the town. Since it began in 2002, more than 1,100 performers have participated in Celebrate!!! and this year former Britain’s Got Talent finalist, Gabz, will be  performing.
Kate Belinis, Chair of Stevenage World Forum said: “Celebrate!!! is back! We’re all thrilled that Celebrate!!! has returned this year to mark 70 years of cultural diversity in Stevenage. To help us celebrate this special occasion we have secured a great line up of entertainment for people to enjoy. Not only do we have Gabz performing, but we also have many other performers who will be paying tribute to the rich and vibrant cultures that this town has produced over the last 70 years. We are very proud to be part of Stevenage's heritage. Put Saturday 29 October in your diary and get your tickets now. See you there.”
