Have your say on Stevenage services

11 Sep 2017

Stevenage Borough Council is inviting residents to share their views on the town and council services through a new residents’ survey.

The survey is being sent to 5,000 households throughout the town, and asks people to comment on life in the area and how local services could be improved.

It is being managed on the council’s behalf by an independent social research company, Opinion Research Services. Replies are anonymous and Stevenage Borough Council does not see returned questionnaires, but instead receives a summary of results.

Leader of Stevenage Borough Council, Sharon Taylor, said: “We’re a co-operative council that is led by the views of our residents, and their suggestions and thoughts will help shape the services we offer. It’s important that we hear everybody’s views so we can put our resources where they are really needed and make a difference to people’s lives.”

Residents who receive a survey are asked to please return them to arrive no later than 9 October 2017. If you would like to speak to someone about the survey, please contact Emma Barron on 01438 242928.
