Vote now for your next Youth Mayor

09 Apr 2018

There are five candidates for your next Stevenage Youth Mayor. Who will get your vote? The Youth Mayor represents and promotes the interests of young people in Stevenage. They attend council meetings, take part in civic events, accompany the Mayor, and have a Local Youth Budget of £3,300 to be spent on projects, organisations or charities suggested by other youngsters.

You can meet all five would-be Youth Mayors and watch a short video about each of them.

You can vote for your Youth Mayor if you are a young person aged 11 to 19 - up to 25 with a learning disability or difficulty - and you live or go to school in Stevenage.

Remember, you have until Sunday 29 April to vote. Don’t miss out!
