Marriotts Sports Centre have a range of activities running for older adults. Join as a concession member for £10 per month and get access to all these sessions:

Hope Project

Mondays 10.30 - 11.30am

Circuit based class lead by personal trainer for one hour. Join the group afterwards for a cuppa.

Big Movers

Mondays 12noon - 1pm

A class specifically designed and run by sufferers of Parkinson's


Mondays 7 - 8pm

A class that lets you find you inner Chi, while helping to make the body strong and flexible. Help improve your health, posture and wellbeing.

Fella's Fitness

Wednesdays 8-9pm

A men only programme that provides local classes for men to get a bit fitter and meet new people in an informal, friendly environment.


Friday 10.30 - 11.30am

Come along and find out all the stretches that you can do for all parts of the body. This class is led by a personal trainer


Fridays 6.30 - 7.30pm

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Learn how to coordinate breathing with movement and focus your energy into building your core strength.

Come along to our one hour sessions led by a qualified instructor to see what it's all about.
