Education and Visual Arts
Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre is managed by Stevenage Leisure Limited on behalf of the Council.
A variety of classes and courses for all ages are offered, which aim to reflect the needs of the local community. Youth Theatre is available for children from 3 years to adult and there are a variety of arts and crafts courses to enthuse and inspire.
There are also many opportunities to get involved in Leisure 50 activities where the courses range from theatre skills to calligraphy, and fine art to pottery.
The Boxfield Gallery and display cabinets in the theatre foyer provide the chance to browse exhibitions of professional artists from local areas.
