You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable licence solely to view the Licensed Data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which Stevenage Borough Council makes it available. You are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the Licensed Data to third parties in any form. Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to Ordnance Survey.
Online Register of Planning Applications
"The Online Register of Planning Applications" is available 24 hours a day and updated twice daily.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from "The Online Register of Planning Applications" and it must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'Land Charge Search'. Similarly the information contained within "The Online Register of Planning Applications" does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.
Under normal circumstances the plans and documents associated with new planning applications will be able to be viewed within 5 working days of receipt of the application. If none are displayed at the time, you may wish to try a few days later or alternatively you will be able to view the application and associated documents at the Council's offices at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage during normal office hours.
