New Housing Allocations Scheme
The Council’s new Housing Allocations Scheme was approved by the Council’s Executive Committee on 29th October 2008 and implemented in January 2009.
The Allocations Scheme is operated by Stevenage Homes on behalf of the Council.
In June 2009 the Council and Stevenage Homes conducted a review of the implementation of the new Allocations Scheme. As a result of this review some revisions have been made to the Allocations Scheme and these revisions will be implemented on 11th January 2010.
