For this sheltered housing they accept Council nominations for 50 per cent of available properties and the remainder come from their own waiting list, which is usually open. They also manage flats and houses for single people, couples and families across Stevenage. For these properties they accept Council nominations for 75 per cent of their available properties, but they have no waiting list for this area.
St Pancras also manage a number of properties as supported housing for people with learning disabilities.
