Affinity Sutton manage 392 flats and houses throughout Stevenage including three special needs bungalows and 19 recently completed flats at Townsend Mews that are now occupied by nominees from the Council’s housing register. All properties are to a mobility standard and three houses are suitable for wheelchair users.
They accept Council nominations for 75 per cent of their available properties. They have no open waiting list for houses, but this situation is reviewed at regular intervals.

They accept Council nominations for all of their empty homes except the supported housing. Aldwyck have one mobility standard bungalow at Boxfield Farm and one wheelchair user's bungalow at Cardiff Close.

For this sheltered housing they accept Council nominations for 50 per cent of available properties and the remainder come from their own waiting list, which is usually open.
