Before you report your repair

You should know that:

  • You are responsible for some repairs. Please check your repair responsibilities in the repairs handbook;
  • You may be liable to pay for repairs caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect. For more information about rechargeable repairs look in the repairs handbook on pages 68 and 69.

To help us order the correct repair please give as much information as possible, you can upload a photo if appropriate. If we have enough information we will order the repair straight away. Sometimes we may need to inspect the work first but we will let you know if this is the case.

If you are reporting damage caused by others you should report this to the Police first and record the Police crime incident log number.
