Food Hygiene Training Courses
We offer a range of food hygiene training courses for managers and staff, which can be tailored to suit individual businesses.
These courses, which are also open to members of the general public, are based on training packages designed and promoted by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and lead to nationally recognised qualifications.
Courses that run on a regular basis include:-
- Level 2 Award in Catering (was Foundation Food Hygiene)
- Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (was Intermediate Food Hygiene)
- Level 4 in Managing Food Safety in Catering (was Advanced Food Hygiene)
Courses are held at the Council offices, Daneshill House. The closing date for booking places will be 7 days before the start of the course. Candidates will receive confirmation of their booking, and a letter. Joining instructions will be sent out about ten days before the start of the course. You will need to supply two passport size photographs at the start of the course.
If you cancel after we have confirmed your place, we will not be able to give you a refund, but your payment will be transferred to the next scheduled course suitable for you.
