Community Transport - Coach and Trip Information
The Coach is a 15 seat Mercedes. Seats can be removed to accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs and seat belts must be worn at all times.
If you are on any medication please carry it with you and remember to bring your insulin if you are diabetic and let the drivers know.
A number of venues are non-smoking, should there be a problem please enquire on booking. There may also be waiting time while food is being prepared.
Booking Conditions
- Completion of booking forms does not indicate acceptance of booking.
- Stevenage Borough Council reserves the right to cancel, amend, or postpone any trip or other service being provided, without prior notice.
- The Council reserves the right to refuse any booking.
- Payment for the trip must be made to the driver on boarding the coach.
- The charges for transport on the minicoach shall be agreed by the Council, and are subject to alteration at the Council's discretion.
- The Council disclaims any responsibility for any article deposited in any part of the minicoach by the passenger or any other person. NB: If property is left on the minicoach please contact Older People's Services on 01438 242712.
- The Council cannot accept responsibility for individual clients whilst on the trip.
- No animals are allowed on the minicoach except for Guide Dogs.
- The Council reserves the right to alter or revise these booking conditions at its discretion.
