At the Council we offer a comprehensive range of apprenticeship opportunities ranging from Motor Vehicle Maintenance to Customer Service and Human Resources. Our apprentices have the opportunity to study for a relevant qualification while gaining experience at work, earning a salary and having access to all the benefits you can expect as a council employee.

This extremely successful and popular scheme has resulted in the recruitment of highly motivated young people who have contributed greatly to the innovative nature of the Council and to its growth and development.
