A protocol has been developed as part of the Council’s integrated approach to ethical governance and to ensure that external providers meet the Authority’s requirements in relation to ethical standards. Service Providers are expected to have their own policies and procedures in place, which as a minimum should reflect the requirements of the Council’s Ethical Governance Protocol for Contracts. If Service Providers do not have their own policies and procedures in place, then they will adhere to the Council’s policies and procedures.
