   To approve the Statement of Accounts in accordance with the Account and Audit Regulations 2003 and related Capital Determinations
4. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS AND CAPITAL CONTROL SYSTEM DETERMINATIONS 2005/06
   To consider a report seeking approval to the 2005/06 Statement of Acounts certain capital financing determinations required under the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 and the Local Authorities (Capital Finance and Accounting) Regulations 2003.

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
   To consider the following motion:-
   
   "That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-15 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act."
