So Active

So Active is an exciting programme of low cost, local and fun sport and exercise sessions. There is something on offer for everyone, including families, young people and older adults. Working in partnership with local organisations and with funding from Sport England; So Active is able to offer these opportunities for the next year all delivered by qualified and experienced instructors. So whether you fancy a kick about with your mates, a programme of golf lessons with your child or a Pilates session with people of a similar age and ability to you, give So Active a try!

We welcome people of all abilities and many of the people taking part in our sessions are new to exercise or returning after a long time out. So grab your friends and head down to your nearest session to get involved. We know you will enjoy yourself and will be getting a little bit fitter, so you can be you at your best!

Remember, we are constantly updating our programme so for the latest information and to find out what we are planning, please follow us on Twitter, call us or send an email and we will be happy to help.
