Approval of details reserved by condition

If your planning permission and/or Listed Building Consent has a number of prior to commencement conditions, you will need to submit an application for approval of details reserved by condition to us. These conditions would have been placed on your permission if certain information wasn't provided when you submitted your application. These include for example, details of hard and soft landscaping or to provide samples of materials. However, you need to be aware that an application for approval of details reserved by condition is not an application for planning permission or listed building consent.

Please make sure you submit one original copy of the application form, together with one original copy of the plans and supporting information.
